To think of teenagers as the negative and violent symbols of the society would be wrong. Teenage is the growing phase of life wherein the children need much more importance and help in life. Teenagers are not the negative elements of the society. They should receive much importance and acknowledgement wherever necessary. The freedom and the challenges that the teenagers have to face during this phase are to be understood by the family. Whenever the teenagers commit deeds which should be acknowledged the family should take a step forward in understanding the child and talk to him about the same. To maintain a good and healthy relation with the teens, it is necessary that the talking works both the ways. In case the children feel rejected there may be a bridge that can be created. To keep the teens away from the harmful drugs and the alcohol it is necessary that the pros and the cons are made understood by the people of the family in an understanding manner.
The appreciation factors:
As the teen grows and turns mature, the teen must be made realize that the important decisions of the family are taken by keeping a consideration of the teens. Talking to the teens about the childhood and the adulthood is highly important as the teen has to realize the management of the teenage. To solve the problems or in times of any family issues the teen must be considered which in turn can make the teen feel responsible and can connect with the family better. During all this though the values and the morals must be taught to the teen so that there is a bond that is formed between the child and the parents. The system must be clear enough to the teen and also while appreciating the teen one must be clear with thoughts and also what the main aim would be. To form a good and healthy relation between the family and the child one needs the utmost talking and healthy discussion sessions which can make him connect with the family better. The identity of the teen is formed during this phase, so the rules and the morals of the family should be taught at this age.
