Courtney passed away on Dec. 10th 2008. She was survived by her Mother, Cindy Potter, and her Father, and brother, Chris Salfiti as well as her 3 nieces Layla, Macy, and Isabella. She died peacefully in her sleep due to End Stage Fatty Liver Disease. Her beauty was radiant, her smile was pure gold and anyone who knew her fell head over heels in love with her. Her long golden brown hair was her trademark and caring for children was her favorite thing to do. Everyone who knew her has been deeply inspired by Courtney and with that her memory will always be alive in our hearts. We will miss you always.
