This video was created to accompany Ty Hafan’s dress up or down for a pound event. Ty Hafan provides care for children with a wide range of life-limiting conditions. In this clip one of the familes who attend Ty Hafan have kindly agreed to share their experience of caring for children with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).
