Indigo Children

Human lives are ever changing and evolving to the known yet unknown ways of evolution. Sometimes we find an explanation sometimes we don’t. One of the results of such ever-evolving evolution is indigo children. These children are normally born after 1970′s and are blessed with special skills and awareness. They are researchers’ delight and so studies on indigo children are abundant. These special children are known to have a distinctive aura around them that makes them one in the crowd. You can expect them to be thought readers or possessing high levels of creativity unlike the other children of their age. Although some school of thought have completely discarded the existence of indigo children, but still their existence remains to be a reality, even if that is a rarity. People blessed with such children often fail to understand and recognize the latent potential on time. This restricts the child from honing the skills further.
The name indigo children symbolize the indigo colored aura that is believed to be characteristic of such children. Claims were made by psychics and specialists during the early 80′s that majority of the children born had an indigo aura around them. This aura bestows them with special skills and thus makes them indigo children. Initially, such ideas and claims received lukewarm response and was also discarded in some places. However, with the passage of time people started believed in the idea as cases were seen around testifying the claims. These children have intrinsic sense of self-esteem which is very strong. They are self-motivated and feel the urge to do something special and stand out from the others. Indigo children are often strong-willed and love being and living in their own ways. They normally love to defy the rules set and take the world from a different angle.
Indigo children have their own perspective that makes them so special. They are much more matured than the children of their age group and thereby capable of taking up responsibilities. Basically, indigo children needs to be seen from a different perspective and handled in an altogether different manner. If tackled properly they can be assets that this world is looking for. But if not they can be real nuisance creating problems everywhere. So, the first thing that is of utmost importance is complete awareness about indigo children. Once we are geared up to accept the reality in its originality then the co-existence of these special kids with so-called normal and conventional human beings will be easy and peaceful. And that is what is desirable.
