The teens often come under pressure while setting the goals academically. This is cause; the competition to score more than the peers is much to the mark. Also gradually the academics lay the foundation for the teen to think about his career and his future interest. Thus, for the teen to understand the importance of the academics at this age is necessary. Therefore in such a case setting the proper time table for the teen along with the proper study habits that he can follow is imperative. The study habits must be set in a way that can lay the proper the guidelines for the teen. Study habits in the teens must be inculcated at a young age.

The competition:

In the urge to study more and set the ground rules the teen must not affect his health and his life. The academics must be given the first preference but it should not toil on his health. Hence, a certain amount of exercise must be scheduled for the teen. Adequate amount of sleep too can help the teen to relax and starts fresh with his studies. The competition that takes place in the school for the want of the top most rank is inevitable. But while teaching the teen the study habits one must at the same time teach him to take the competition in a healthy and positive manner. This ways the child can progress in the studies at the same time learn how to compete in a healthy atmosphere. The teens must be taught to sit at one place and study properly at the same time, get involved in healthy competition. Thus, the parents are the only source through which the teens are expected to get some help in such cases. To develop the interest of the teens in this case at the same time, to inculcate the right study habits is the responsibility of the teachers and the family of the teens. Thus, this way, the teens can expect to be responsible with the studies at the same time can want some kind of healthy competition happening with the peers.
